Not yet which isn't surprising since they won't start building them until middle of December. My dealer told me that once you get a build date that it will likely be pushed out one or more times. The last Escape PHEV they ordered took 6 months before it arrived.
I'm right there with you my friend and will be putting in my PHEV order as soon as they're available. It might be good to get them in asap because as you said there will most likely be delays so it could be a lengthy wait. We need to prepare ourselves for the same long delivery times for the USA 2024 Rangers once they start building them. But the wait will be worth it. Can't wait to hear and learn more about the Ranger PHEV.
The hardest thing for me will be parting with my current Ranger when I replace him with a PHEV. I never speak of it around him.
