Never had an issue with the Hankooks cupping on my.2016 Frontier. I actually was able to get over 50K on a set. Looking at yours it looks like a combination between alignment and shocks. I'm guessing you still have the factory shocks?

Alignment not tires, need new tires too though

Try Nitto Ridge or Trail grapplers
Or any other true AT tire. Other than milage the stock Hankooks are junk. Replaced mine at 24k with Cooper Wild Trek, huge improvement.

Not the fault of the tires. You need an alignment.
That's what I was thinking with that type of wear on the inside like that....

I had a tires store convince me to use Hankooks on my previous truck, a Tacoma. Had it aligned before the Hankooks were installed. Experienced similar issues.

My '19 doesn't get heavy use, just over 19k miles so far. I swapped all shocks with Bilsteins and set the fronts to +1.2". I got an alignment after changing the fronts. I've done a few light duty off road runs. The Hankooks are wearing evenly, but I will be looking for a different brand eventually anyway. I think they don't ride well on or off road. I put them on the Xterra I had before the Ranger and did ~20k before trading it in. I had the same results then.

An Overlanding buddy had a set on his 4 Runner, that in just one adventure, admittedly, in real off road terrain, (not just a dirt road thing) the sidewalls were no longer safe. This wasn't rock crawling or nasty tire killing terrain, just off road adventure seeking on the upper family level. Hankook told him to take a hike and would not stand behind their product in any way. Discount Tire manage got absolutely no where with them as well... so in our circle, these are now know as Hankrooks. He switched up to Mickey Thompsons, which is what I am running on my Classic Bronco experiencing great results! The Goodyear's on my Squashed Badlands are doing very will in extreme conditions as well.

What about tire pressure? Placard says 30 psi. TPM and my gauge both say 39 psi on my 2-month-old. Do those come from the factory overinflated? Seems like these may start to wear in the middle if I don't reduce that pressure. Other thoughts?

All tires from the factory for any brand that I'm aware are deliberately over inflated for shipping. Dealer pre delivery is supposed to correct this. I keep 32psi cold in my tires - don't recall what the TPM states - thinking it was a bit higher, same as my Chrysler. TPMS is a life saver, especially on a motorcycle, for obvious reasons. I would want to know if I was loosing a tire before the fact....
