Two loads of wood moved from stacks behind our barn to the stacks close to the house. Burn about three cords every winter in the wood stove so a lot of moving wood around.

EDIT: The damper helped!

Okay I'll bite lol exactly how would a damper help in this situation other than giving your tired ol' bones time to rest while the wood seasons in the back of the truck???

Hi Folks,

The Ranger has been a garage queen most of November and December, but poked its shiny nose out the garage for a Trip to Tucson to Home Depot for needed supplies including HVAC Filters...a year's supply. I got flagged down by a gentleman that wanted to know what Model Year the truck was and just thought it was the sharpest truck he had ever seen. Then to the Olive Garden in the same complex for an early dinner and then home. The romp on the freeway was just the ticket for it. Now safely tucked in for the night in the garage. Surprised it did not flag for an oil change as it has been a year and probably only 200 miles on the Ranger since the last oil change.

Best,
Phil

We're outside of Staunton, Va. 65 degrees yesterday...today 8 inches of snow with more coming.
But, ready for it...
Ranger is snug and warm and dry in the garage...

Nothing exciting, just a trip a couple towns over to get a haircut. Then some grocery shopping close to home.

Check out my excellent parking. :p

Took the truck to the dealer to clear the passenger seat belt recall. It was fine which I already knew. Took less than 45 minutes from check in; they did a quick inspection of brakes, tires and such and pretty sure they washed it too since it was a little dirty from the trip there. Didn't really matter since it just got dirty on the way home. I did get to play in the snow though, turned off the advance trac and slid around the corners of my neighborhood. I've missed rear wheel drive and snow. :D
