I think it really does quiet the engine down a bit from both inside and outside. It might also be placebo effect... ?
I noticed that after install... Only time will tell, hopefully it's noticeable the next time I cold start it.

Yeah, but sometimes just looking good is enough. :)
Especially to those of us that don't often get the chance to look good!

Hauled this heavy bike around today.
Intrigued by your occupation - MTB racing teammate of mine was a Rappattack Firefighter in British Columbia - rappelled from helicopters into forest fires - is that your job too?

Got the painted grill, fog surrounds, tailgate handle cover and door handles, back from my painter at 1pm Christmas Eve.

Great colour match and paintwork in general. Like the OEM mirrors, it all looks anything from metallic gun-metal grey in bright sunlight, to metallic charcoal, to almost black in other lighting conditions, without the harshness of straight black, which I notice on our white FX4’s.

It also makes it bloody hard to photograph, against a white car on a typical Aussie Christmas Day, but I tried.

I just installed my engine cover. I was genuinely surprised by how easy the installation was. Thanks again, Levittown Ford for the free shipping!
This off the mustang?

I guess I don't quite understand the question. I ordered the part online from Levittown Ford, the part number is specifically for the Ranger. I'm not familiar with the Mustangs, it's possible they're interchangeable but I wouldn't know.

Wife got me a Line Of Fire light for Christmas. If anyone has done this and could tell me which wire is the hot lead for the backup lights I’d appreciate it.

Installed the Tactilian Magnets yesterday. Had to rep Texas on the truck.
Today I installed my Auxito LED beams. Took me about 5-10 minutes to do. They look so much better.
Then installed the DrawTite hitch. Took about an hour, which 45 minutes of were spent trying to loosen the needed bolts.

I changed out the air filter and the in-cabin filter. The air filter was surprisingly clean for all of the dusty off roading I've done. I guess the snorkel really does make a difference. Now the in-cabin filter was FILTHY! Very dusty with leaves and such stuck to it.

Then I drove my truck to the lake and sold my boat to a good friend of mine. It was crushing, but I can't take it to Florida because it's a lake boat, not an ocean boat. :(

More work done. Got the harness finished to start connecting all the puzzle pieces together. Also started engine bay.connectiom upgrades to a heavy duty fuse and SE actual bus bars instead of piling ring terminals onto the battery.

Well knowing me I couldn't leave well enough alone.

1. I didn't like not having ready to go ability to expand as needed.

2. I didn't like everything crammed in one hole.

3. I didn't like my trigger and power lines running up the middle of the truck

So being the glutton for punishment I am it will be corrected soon. Bumped up from 8 relays to 12 and I'll have 5 more slots available per pattern channel and plenty of of terminals for expansion. Some mesh wire loom (I ran out!) will be here on Tuesday to make it all pro and pretty looking.
