I purchased this module from Trac Electronics in Australia for about $60 shipped. It took about two weeks to arrive. It adds one touch up and down to one window of your choosing. I have. a Supercab. On a Supercrew, you'd need three.
Here are the online install instructions, but please disregard them completely. If you are installing this on the US Ranger SCAB passenger door, at least, you can do so without taking off any of the door trim. It is smaller than the switch trim, so I imagine it would be the same on all doors if the trim in the back is the same size as the passenger front.
Step 1. Insert a pry tool under the switch from the back of the vehicle. Don't pry up! this will pop the clip off that holds the switch trim in place. Press down and use the trim tool to push the clip back. Then you can pull up on the back of the switch trim and rotate it out. (There is no clip in my picture because I broke it earlier. I had to glue it back) You can see it in a later picture.
Step 2: The kit comes with Velcro to hold the module in place. I placed one half under the armrest portion and the other on the module. Next I connected the Y harness, which can't be connected incorrectly btw.
Step 3: Fish the Y harness in and then use the velcro to attach the module under the arm rest. Once in place, you can push the rest of the harness down into the opening and connect the switch. (You can see the repaired clip in this pic.)
Step 4: Place the front of the switch trim in the opening and rotate the switch into place. The clip will hold it tightly even if you messed it up and had to repair it like I did.
Once in place, both the passenger switch and the passenger switch on the driver side will have one touch up and down that will work like you expect.
When I asked if anyone had tried this module, one member wondered if it also would have pinch protection for the window it is attached to. I tried it out and the module does not have pinch protection! It will just continue to push until it reaches the top or you stop it. I hadn't thought about pinch protection and it should be fine for my passenger window, but it could be a concern for rear windows, so I'm glad it was brought to my attention and I could test test it.
Overall, I'm pleased with this upgrade for around $60.
