Sounds like a bunch of free excuses to spend money and take road trips :)

EDIT: is there any border regulations preventing you from filling a 100 gallon transfer tank in your bed and lugging it back over? Seems like it would be $250 cheaper every trip you take ?
I am in! You get the border open, I'll buy lunch when I'm in town about 3 weeks later :)

Dennis, One thing to keep in mind is the Wet Okoles are seat covers and the Katzkins are leather replacements. When I was thinking about getting the Base Bronco I looked into both of these and really liked the Katzkins and the offer heated and cooled seats as an option. They are a lot more money but if you're going to keep the truck for a while it's worth the investment. Nothing against the Wet Okoles which are great too but they're really two different items.
I'm kind of so-so on leather seats but I also don't like seat covers that fit like $20 WalMart specials.

Those Wet Okoles look very good!

I'm just thinking of something that will protect the factory cloth and since mine has the stone interior I'm afraid it might stain more easily.

I was too when I bought the Lariat and this is the first truck I've had with leather but I really like them. I'm not overly impressed with the leather they used but they're comfortable here in the AZ heat which I thought would be the opposite. I do have a cheap seat cover on my drivers seat just for protection while I use it for work but I take it off when not working or going on vacation.

The Wet Okoles are really nice too and at least half the price of the Katzkins depending on which design you go with.

By now I think most of us know what's out there for our Rangers, and guessing that all of us have some combo of floor mats/deflectors/mud flaps/bed mats..liners...boxes, ect.
I have all that stuff, but the little item I have found most useful, every day, is that silly little $14 buck console tray...something that Ford should have included and probably would have cost them $2 or $3 bucks.
Still gotta do that one.

I don't use the console much, but when I do the cavern of crap makes my eye twitch a bit.

Gotta link to the one you got?

There all over Amazon for $13--$14 bucks. A dozen different brands but there all the same and all work...just pick one that is "Prime" and you'll have it in 2 days (if your a prime)
This is the one I got...went up a buck since I got it...still worth it.

Kind of wish they had cooling seats too though like Mustangs do...

Tell me about it. When it's 110+ here the boys could use some air down there! ? I almost went out and had Katzkins install the coolings seats but I don't plan on keeping this one long term and was hoping the next Gen has them. They didn't offer it in the Bronco so I'm not holding my breath but I might install them in mine once I get it.

Haha. Hopefully the next gen has them! I am quite interested in the ranger raptor but not sure if I will have the funds to trade in at that time.. I’m really surprised the bronco doesn’t have them either. Man, those mustang owners sure lucked out! How much does it cost to get the cooling seats installed?

IIRC it was around $600.00? I was trying to find the post where someone had done theirs but I cant seem to find it. They will install them even in your factory seats too.

Edit:

Looks like you can get the heated seat alone and then the other option is both heating and cooling for $1,500.00

Katzkin offers OEM quality seating temperature control systems that can be incorporated into your premium leather interior. From our heat only system that offers a high and low level of warmth, to our state-of-the-art heating and cooling system that provides 3-levels of heat and 3-levels of air conditioned comfort, you’ll find these innovative options offered exclusively from Katzkin.

I found the article and it was $1,500 for both the heated and cooled seats.

Looks like you can get the parts and DYI for $385.00. Honestly for the amount of time it'll take to take apart your seats and reinstall them I'd just spend the extra money and have it done right. Then there's compatibility issues. But someone here might want to tackle this so here's the link. ?

Compatibility: Can only be installed on a Katzkin perforated leather kit which is specially made with reticulated, open cell foam(most Katzkin kits are NOT made this way, it is a special request)

Can't complain about the Fia saddle blanket ones, temperature nuetral , comfortable, fiit good and seem to retain shape and be wearing well for me. Various styles/colors, I used the Wrangler with black base.

Been looking at adding heated seats for my rig. Winters here can be way more enjoyable with a warm butt! But if I’m doing it right got to remove factory covers and then add the heaters. If I’m going that far might as well upgrade the covers too! Hmmm cooled seats would be nice too… here we go again!
