What do you use this for?

Underneath the center console armrest there is a pic and holder of some type. I tried a pen and then a tire gauge. They did not snap in easily and I didn’t want to force to and break plastic. So I figured I would ask the forum.

Did you notice it’s there? This is a 2021 Lariat.

It is for a pen/pencil. You have to find the right size pen/pencil. I put my pen/pencil in the dash pocket. That is something that someone in Ford could get a reward for eliminating.

I noticed it right away, but in my nearly two years of ownership, have never used it. I keep tons of junk in the console bin, just not in the clip, do not really see the point.

If your talking about the MX or CD border I have no plans to cross them. Any other state border (except the left coast) my LTC is reciprocal with so no worries there.

If your talking about the MX or CD border I have no plans to cross them. Any other state border (except the left coast) my LTC is reciprocal with so no worries there.

Specifically I was talking international borders, but I bet they're all closed still. People along the border with Canada have been warned to stock up ahead of the border reopening because the Canadians will swarm down and clear out the stores.
