I went with @SPVparts brackets on mine with zero issues! Several car washes and on over a year, no wiper interference and still rock solid.

After hours of messing around, my hood was off roughly half a inch. After properly lining it all up the wipers are not hitting them as hard but still touching. Brackets are properly installed, thankyou everyone for the feedback!

Think I'll be buying new brackets and sending these back. They're off regardless and going through all the steps nothing more I can do on my side other than putting a crap ton of washers and lifting it up but not my style lol

Just a follow up this morning. The Dee Zee brackets are not offset at all to the sides as much as other brackets. Here are the Dee Zee brackets for the Rangers:

The ones I have that are not yet installed from Diode Dynamics are offset to the sides after they protrude from the rear of the hood. That in turn might be a little better design for more clearance. See below:

Dee Zee makes some great products; however, their brackets might be a bight tight, and IMHO should be offset a bit to accommodate different lights and stay away from the wiper arm. Let us know what you do to resolve this issue please!
