We had to work today. After I got through I stopped by to visit Dad and Uncle Jim for a little while.
Notice how much cleaner Dads truck is than mine, since he doesn't have to get out on the road unless he has to or needs to.

Hit 80k on the drive home from Tallahassee. Spent some time with a classmate and got in an FSU basketball game. Had snow flurries and 20 degree temps.

Drove home today after this happened yesterday at home…

Drove to work, stopped by the gas station across from Brookshires and topped off the truck with 89, then I went to Brookshires and did a little grocery shopping.

Got my beautiful shiny clean Rapid Red Ranger out, drove it to Awful House for chicken and eggs over medium, hash browns triple smothered, coffee and water. Then drove to Lowe’s to get me a snake plant, pot, and potting soil. Then I left Colonial Heights and drove to Williamsburg where I picked up the big girl and her mommy and drove down the Parkway to Colonial Williamsburg where we walked the big girl a mile. Then I took her home, got a pizza at Dizzy Izzy’s and wolfed down a few slices. Now I’m headed back across the ferry to home.
Oh, and my shiny red Ranger looks like a rolling salt block again…….

Date night. Went to see a Beatles tribute band here at the GV Rec center. These you have to pay for and are $30/each but the bands are much better than the free ones at the casino. I was never really much of a Beatles fan but Annie loves them and any night out is a good night. I will say they were pretty good and all the instrumentals were really good and dead on not missing a beat. The guy who played John was (IMHO) the best one there.

The show I'm really looking forward to is the Eagles tribute band at the end of the month. Everyone says they are super and several there we talked to saw them last year and said the same.

Planting season in Northern Arizona, 24 inch box glossy privet for some privacy. The nursery always worries that it won't fit because I mention that I have a ranger. Now I need some help digging a hole.

I use to do that on the Harley. Ride 100 miles to go 12.

I have done this same thing before on the way home from Bonham. Especially if I don't have to work. From Bonham to the house is 20 ish miles, however if I take FM 1396 through Lamasco and then turn onto FM 273 through Telephone, I can turn a 20 mile drive into roughly a 40 mile drive lol.
