4 ton payload! Have to say that I might be interested.
OMG!

Neighbor (or one of his employees) now has this. It's an used old model 4x4 three seater and red. I'd say from 2011 to 2015.

That thing is tall and the ground clearance is ridiculous.

I was able to be impressed by my Ranger today. I went hiking with a couple of friends of mine - we couldn't fit everyone in my truck with the dogs, so we took two rigs. I wasn't expecting much in the way of snow, but we ran into a bit more than I was expecting in places. Deepest snow was probably 6-8". In the morning it was pretty solid - not so much in the afternoon on the way out.

Anyway, we got to the trailhead just fine, but on the way in, there was a downhill section with a good bit of snow on it. Going down was no problem for either truck, but we weren't sure about going back up to get out of there.

We did our hike and then started driving out. I told my friend I'd take the lead and squish down the snow for him. I put it in snow mode and it just powered right up that hill with no issues. My friend who has a 1 ton Ram diesel couldn't make it up the hill. I have a bunch of rescue gear (winch, traction boards, etc), but I thought we'd just start simple with a tow strap. I backed down the hill, hooked up the tow strap and I pulled his truck right up the hill - no problems. I was actually amazed and he said it was pretty impressive - I have to agree. It was WAY easier than I was expecting it to be.

This truck may not be as big as an F-150, but it has sure impressed me every time I've taxed it, for whatever reason. I love my Ranger!

These trucks are super impressive but you forgot the most important part....Pictures! That way we can all laugh at the mighty RAM getting pulled out by a Ranger. :giggle:?

Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures - we were in kind of a rush to get home. He was pretty impressed by how my "little" truck did. I can tell you it wouldn't have gone that well with the Hankooks.....

This is officially my favourite Ranger rescue story - great work Rob - thanks for posting.

Did a delivery for a customer. First time carrying weight in the ranger, don’t know the exact weight but it’s 33 boxes of laminate.
That stuff is heavy, toted a bunch last year when we put some in. There should be a weight on the box no? Looks like a good load, but the Ranger held it well ?

They do get pretty heavy, they actually don’t have a weight on it. Most of the laminate, vinyl and wood we bring in it doesn’t say it. I was swaying a bit at 50-55 mph ?

Retired, work is a four letter word.
Are those the magnetic stock rims? Also the black accents are badass!
Yes, stock rims, and yes, I love the black accents on the Iconic Silver :)
