Got to installing the Weathertech Techliners to the bed and tailgate last night. Overall, not a bad fit, but leaves a little to be desired around the edges. Little bit of a gap at the top of the tailgate and the raised edges do not totally form to the bed walls. Could use more hook and loop backing around those areas.
I have the same liner and agree. After mine got a bit of sun it started to curl a little bit upward so I got a bunch of sand bags and water bottles and pressed it flat again and it has been pretty good ever since.. You may want to keep some heavy stuff lying around to press yours down a few times as it weathers in.
That said mine has never achieved a perfect "glove like" fit, but there is no gap at the top between the lip and the bed, it's mostly at the back end near the tailgate that most of my fitment issues happen.
