I drove mine.

It is rapidly becoming the "Only driven to church on Sunday" vehicle.

The Jeep is just a lot of fun to drive, and since the vast majority of my trips are 10 minutes or less the Jeep's "quirks" don't get to the point of grating on your very being.

Hey, no damper or body shaming allowed here! =p

And no English Canadians making fun of us French Canadians either! Stick to Newfies!
While we’re on the subject of Newfies and French Canadians, the Newfies have their own version of Poutine - Newfie Fries.

Fries, and turkey stuffing, smothered in gravy.

WAY better than Poutine!

I’ve heard it from a good source, we wouldn’t let them join confederation until they gave us the recipe.

Someone was busting Soupie's dump capabilities with those in place and I agree that it's annoying to remove them regularly, so why not install a ceiling hoist?

I've got damper arms, so I can probably get it as a medical necessity!

Your dumping duties make up for the damper I'm sure.

My swing boxes were loaded pretty full with recovery gear and tools and I never had a problem with them.

Holy cow, those look so good (I'm starving and waiting for my family to come home with my dinner and it's almost 9, so I'm in dire straits!). =D

They went to the airport an hour away and ate at a nearby brewery, so Cheech and I get the scraps (well, okay, a little hyperbole - they're bringing me home a 16 ounce prime rib, so I'll suffer in silence). =D

But dang, that's a poutine I can appreciate! YUM!!!

Fixing wind noise...

Was your “wind noise” a consistent high frequency hun? Kinda like blowing across the top of an empty bottle? Have been trying to figure out where that is coming from. It isn’t wheel hub/beating hum. That much I know.

That hum sounds more like the driveshaft support bearing .

My noise was your typical wind noise with loud "woosh" from crosswinds.

Makes me wonder if you should be a little tough on it to hurry that process along!
speaking of that...
top of look out at cross bar. nice and breeze on top. fairly easy to get up. went down the opposite side (after dark) and got into spot that was not on the joke of a map. several butt trying to grab the seat moments. 4l and diff lock to get back to a trail made for highway rigs. some where along i shifted the leaf springs about an inch outta whack on driver and passenger sides, felt it too. despite the shift in springs, new suspension was awesome. more flex and better control, less boat bounce coming down obstacles. transmission was Karen as normal lol. wouldnt stay in 10th on the highway.
