So far so good. Had them on about a week and they drive straight down the road, they're quiet on the pavement and have handled the southern California storms and wet freeways with no problem. I liked the semi aggressive look and the white letters so I'm happy right now. Hopefully I can get 50k out of these.
Mileage?
Rear pads. Inners wore much faster, probably in part from my parking brake cables having seized up. The slide pins were still moving fine on both calipers. Took them apart and put on some fresh lube to hopefully keep these new pads from doing the same.

I was a good boy and got loads of goodies for my birthday (including some Ingersoll Rand air tools). But the highlight of my bday was finally something to help organize all the 10mm wrenches I have. I know many of you love this thing and I can see why. The ability to remove it for dump runs is a sheer bonus. =D
It was easy to install. The longest part was messing with the BedRug velcro, which I was able to re-use. I do need to get a new velcro strip for that magnet fiasco in front ...
Used the two bolts they supply for those of us missing the middle tie-downs as temp holders as I figured out where to cut the BedRug for the strike latch and padlock loop. You can see the holes in the BedRug from the tie-downs and those helped line it all up.
Eegads!!! mulched leaf debris out the wazoo under the BedRug - ugh, any advice? Removing it fully would suck because the tie downs are mounted on top. BAH! =p
I dunno if this is a new thing because I didn't see it in any videos - a little locking doohickey that lets you swing out the case but not lift it out. Uses the same key as the lid. It would be pretty easy to pop it out of place with a screwdriver - keeping honest people honest I suppose.
I gotta say I like it! And may get one for the other side too!
Sure was a perfect bday gift for me and Soupie!
David use a shop vac to clean that up!
David I would use a shop vac for the left over mulch??I was a good boy and got loads of goodies for my birthday (including some Ingersoll Rand air tools). That bumper is a thing of beauty.Fully welded. A little left to clean with the DO sander. Just waiting on the temp to warm up to coat it with Steel-It. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday
You may be on the verge of a spray in liner and then maybe a rubber mat thingy ( I have a DeeZee one). I can't see any other way to keep the leaves/debris from accumulating and eventually causing a problem.I was a good boy and got loads of goodies for my birthday (including some Ingersoll Rand air tools). Quick update, anyone considering an anti-sway bar should do it. I had my first road trip in the mountains of N. Georgia, W. North Carolina this weekend. It's a dramatic improvement in handling and roll. It's probably the best money I've spent on the truck.Dang it man, make an old man get back under the truck. LOL.
Good info. I noticed you have the Leonard Spray in liner. Wondering how it compares to LineX? I have a Leonard dealer near the house.
Yeah but it's under the BedRug. =(
yeah, I'm worried about the tannic acid that leaves give off. They are dry now buy they get pretty wet during the year (I mean the bed gets wet and I assume it gets wet under the BedRug.
