Somewhat of a common misconception. A majority of law enforcement don't equip their PoV's with blue lights. Really isn't a point to it.

What mount are you using for the amber markers in the top slot?

I printed some polycarbonate brackets. Holes are slotted for the lights, top ledge is the width of 1/4" VHB. Top edge is taller than the tape and allows for alignment against the back edge of the grill before pressing up to bond tape. Whole thing is offset so its inset just behind the top edge of the grill.

When I'm busy with projects, mine is running non stop. I've lost count on how many print heads I've used up over the years. But I'm currently at just over 8 miles of filament through the current one. My Ultimaker 3 has been a great machine over the years. I've never had to do any major maintenance to it yet (knocks on wood). Just regular greasing and replacing a print head when they wear out.

Nicely done. You may want to add a radius to the base of that 2mm section. It's a point of fracture.
