Hey Ranger2021...I really like the look of the bug deflector. Had them on my last 3 Rangers, but the smoke/gloss plastic requires maintenance to keep looking new. This matte version is nice, and I like the close fit to the hood, and the way it doesn't stick out the side of the hood over the fender like most others. I would also plan on leaving it on as long as I have the truck. Just ordered one on the Ford Parts website, and got a $20 discount for some reason bringing it to $69, which is pretty cheap. Now I have to wait until it comes in to the dealer to pick up. For some reason my local dealer where I got the truck doesn't come up as available to order so I have to go 20 miles to the next closest listed.
Thanks for the pics, the Tremor looks cool, I would have gotten one in 2019 so I could use TrevorsTremor as my screen name!

Today I remedied a nuisance. The vent on the driver side foot well hangs so low I was constantly kicking it. I wear a size 12 and it seemed like the toe of my boot was always making contact with something.

Turns out they put the floor vent right above the brake pedal.
I was going to remove the whole end piece, but they put a temp sensor(?) in it.
So instead I just hacksawed a few inches off the end.

The temp sensor is just a 90 degree twist and it pops out, there is one plastic screw and socket and then the deflector just pulls off the upper hose.

problem solved.

Opened up the apron hole for my Velossa Tech big mouth and added on a aFe intake scoop.

The difference is noticeable for sure. Pretty sure got my first tank of summer blend gas that gives it another boost.

Might have to get some closed celled foam and improve the air flow path.
