I'm grilling up some chicken for the next couple days and will do the potatoes fresh tonight. I'll just make a wrap for lunch and Annie usually just mixes hers with some cauliflower rice and a bunch of other veggies.

So, it looks like those are simply breaded and baked. Do you freeze them after? What about re-heating - air fryer, oven, toaster oven?

So, it looks like those are simply breaded and baked. Do you freeze them after? What about re-heating - air fryer, oven, toaster oven?

They're breaded and fried. We then vacuum pack them in a chamber sealer when cool & freeze. They are thawed and reheated in the airfryer spread out on the trays the rest of the year. Come out crispy and you real can't tell they were ever frozen. The Rosa Biancas are an extremely sweet and creamy eggplant and freeze great.
