If you haven’t guessed by now, I like making pizza at home, from scratch. No wood-fired pizza oven here at home but that isn’t going to stop me from making heart-shaped pizza for my Valentine. The wine is one of my favourite go-to inexpensive Zins from Lodi. Sure, it’s only $11 at Costco in AZ but here in TO, it’s darn near fancy at $25 a bottle. ?

Time to revive this thread. We were at Costco the other day and they had pork loins for .99/lb. so I had bought 2. They were all around 9 lbs so I cut them in half and I'm making a nice 4 lb pork loin in the slow cooker for dinner. This is a simple recipe:

• 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom onion soup
• 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder... I use real garlic and make slits in the meat
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 cup water

See you in 4-6 hours. ?

It was very good! Only think I forgot to pick up was the wine!

I love using slow cookers the meat is so tender and just falls apart. Now the worst part of all this is the clean up. lol
