Just a thought Dave, and for the rest of you that like to get out and about. I found this web site a while back and it has helped me find some cool stuff to stop and see and a reason to stretch the legs.
Roadsideamerica.com
Go to the map and search your travels and see what off the beaten path stuff you can find.
p.s. some of it is not worth it ,but some is?
There’s also a Trails Offroad app I use.

I have the AllTrails, Avenza & Gaia apps downloaded on my phone. I like the Avenza & Gaia ones the most and you can use them offline too.

WOW those are some awesome pics. I usually use my iPhone (iPhone 14 Pro) but decided to log in using my wife's MacBook Pro. What a difference!!! She barely uses it because the games she plays using the PC. I better test the MacBook on a regular basis, you know, use it or lose it like 4WD.

Thanks Andy! I agree they look so much better on the computer. When I take them and look at them on my phone they just look ok. But once I get home and transfer them to my laptop they look so much better. Plus the 16" laptop is better on the aging eyes. ?

How do you like the iPhone 14 pro? We both have 12 pros and they keep sending me notices to upgrade to the 14 with $700/off. I'm holding out to see if they offer a BOGO like they did with the ones we have now.

I went from iPhone 11 to the 14 Pro. I got it with 512 gig memory. The camera is awesome but in order to get the great camera features you need 256 gig or better I think. I didn't get the pro plus because of physical size. I didn't realize how much better those camera features were until I started using it. I have a great SLR camera where I can set F stops, lens timing etc. I can now leave it at home now because you can do the same on this phone. The zoom features are great, takes 4k video (need more memory) yada, yada. My sister in law has one and a supposed photographer. Her pics are not near the quality I get because I don't think she realizes how to use it. Yeah it's faster, beautiful display but the camera is what really makes it worth it. I got it because I'm retired and want to take some awesome pics. I will post a few later.

I wouldn't get the plus because they're way to big, heck I think the one I have now is to big. But they do take some really good pictures now and like you I don't even bother taking my good camera and all the lenses with me now. There's no way I'm spending $1,000+ on a phone so until they have a smoking deal I'll keep mine.

We were at Costco here in Kalispell, MT on Friday and they have the AT&T display there. She said she'd give us both new iPhone 14 pro's for free if we switched. She's going on about how good a deal their rates are and then ask me what we pay and theirs was $30.00 more than mine with Verizon. All I know is I rarely lose a signal with mine and my friend who lives 2 streets over from me had AT&T (he switched to Verizon) could barley get 1 bar where mine was a full 4.

Yeah I bought mine unlocked from Apple so I could go with anyone for service. Paid full price (ouch) 24 months no interest. I went with Puretalk that runs on either AT&T or Verizon backbone, your choice. Pay it upfront or on the backend. It's a wash for the most part.

We had AT&T at work. Finally switched to Verizon and it was better. I just bought a 14 directly from Apple about a month ago. Not the pro. With their military discount and trading in old phone, I ended up saving about 250 over doing the 24 month payment plan at the carrier. It takes pretty good pictures. All of the beach pics were from the new phone.

Yeah I thought about it and decided not to skimp on it. I understand where you need to make sense of what you’re buying. I just figured WTH go for the best.. I certainly hope it treats well!!!

So far the new Tremor is driving great. Leaving my house in the valley we're only at 1,000' and then Flagstaff is at 7,000'. MPG to there was right a 20 mpg which was a little less than MP1. But with the heavier LT tires, not really broke in yet (2,034 miles) and no tune it wasn't bad. Total mileage so far to the hotel is 530 and I averaged 21.9. I was averaging between 70-75 from Flagstaff to here so I'm pretty happy with that.

I need to take mine up to Flag sometime soon, I trust it made the climb with no issues.

No issues at all. It actually climbs the steep grades really nice but you do loose quite a bit of mpg while doing it. I will say my '19 was much better being tuned but even stock it's good.

So far on this trip that has been my worse mileage. Not sure if it's breaking in more now but since then every fill up has been between 25-26 mpg.

Sorry Mark @NTXTremor. You really need to get rid of that right pedal! ?
