Funny enough, had to drain about 8 PSI out of all 4 tires after I got home & also add a quart of antifreeze too lol
No surprise at all. I said that in all sincerity as many of us have had that type of experience with our trucks.

The noise is normal:

It is a sewing machine noise - if that is what you are referring.

The main nose is the HP Fuel Pump & The Fuel Rail
other noises
That sound similar is the VCT (Variable Camshaft Timing) Solenoids

Yeah I believe you described it pretty accurately. Is it normal to clearly hear it fairly loudly in the cabin though? Anything I can do to prevent the sound from coming into the cabin?

Do you have the Engine Appearance Cover?
That cheaply made cover, does muffle it down some.

Oh, yes it is. Even my Lariat which is supposed to have a bit more "sound proofing" is "noisy"...but again, the amount of noise and what is "noisy" is relative to each of us. You younger owners are probably affected more than us old farts.

Ya I do, makes it annoying to access the dipstick but I like the way it looks lol. My hood dampener does have a hole in it so maybe getting a new one could help some
