Wired from switch forward with wiring, fuses, etc rated a bit above what needed. 15amp or better

Please do not take this as a criticism, but why not use the switches to trigger a fused relay and run the lights or accessories off of battery for anything that might exceed the amperage rating of the switch?

I ask because I am considering some lighting and maybe a winch in the future, and I intend to use the existing Tremor switches as much as possible.

Have tendency to go all in on project. Rebuild/modify lot of vehicles over the years, so this actually just way I like to do things

Many (not all)of the name-brand LED pods can run off of 5a circuits. Yeah, you could use the Tremor aux outputs to trigger a relay. One shortcoming of the factory system is the fact the output is only active when the truck is running or in accessory. I located and mapped the switch outputs running to the factory relays. I will check to see if these are active in either accessory or always. This could prove handy in using one of the aux switches but making it do what you want.

I’ve posted this before, but the wire colour/address may prove to be helpful in this thread. I added connectors to each input so I can change which switch controls each output.

Unless a gauge or minor electric, what’s. 5 amp rating good for? Use to F350’s not as many, yet lowest rating 15amp

I would say what's up with the draw on those RC lights?

The 30" bar on RC's site says 12,000 lumens at 150w. A tiny little BD Squadron Pro draws only 40w and provides 4900 lumens.

The 5 amp fuse is perfectly sized for most pod lights. Which is what is most commonly used nowadays. They would have been perfectly good for the two pods on the side of your headache rack.

RC has habit over years not to list amp on their lights, often answered in question section per product, yet their customer service is great. Per call verification. 8” duals 8amps, 40” 20a,, 30” 15a, 180 degree 8a per light, square 5a per light, wired did in dual harness per set. 8910 lumens per set in this combo, Reason for upgrade of switches 4/5/6. Plan to put a small compressor that uses 12a on 6. Plus have a 10/6 year old grandson/granddaughter that loves learning and helping, Added couple pics of total rebuilding/modifications projects that other grandkids and/or their parents helped me on over last couple decades
