Hello and thank you for the add to the forum. I have a 2022 Tremor that I’m needing some help. The 100amp fuse in the high current junction box (F5 fuse) is missing along with the blade and studs to mount the fuse. This is the fuse that sends power to the aux relay box for the upfitter switches. I bought the truck brand new off the lot so my thinking is that Ford put the wrong box in my truck. Has anyone else had this issue? I don’t mind buying the parts, just need to know part number. The part catalogs that the dealerships have, have nothing on this system. Please help.
Secondly, is there an unused power wire towards the rear of the truck that can be used to power a switch box in the bed of the truck? I am installing an onboard air system, onboard water system and a power inverter in the bed for my overland setup and would rather not run wires from the battery all the way under the truck. I’m looking for a very neat and clean way to install.

Yes. He had the same issue. He stopped posting what the dealership had to do. The fuse that was linked is incorrect as well. It is too big. There are more missing parts than just the fuse. I even called the dealership that was referenced and no one there knew what I was talking about.

I'd likely just setup time with service department to fix it under warranty. Depending on what all is missing, that fix could get complex.

This is where the issue is with taking it to the dealership. I live 1.5 hours from work and the truck is likely to be with them for a while. With the car market the way it is, loaners are not available. I cannot be without transportation.

Well, that is a manufacturing number and not the part number. That number and the one on mine does not pull up with Ford either!

I'm working on a similar project right now. I have the ARB twin. Nearest I can tell, it's about a 60 amp draw. Once I get it powered up, I'll measure it more acurately. That said, the only power that I know of to the back is the wire that's tucked up in the rear driver side of the bed. It's a 20 amp wire for the optional 12 volt port that you can order with the bed liner. I have the Wolfhaus aftermarket outlet hooked up to it.
For what you want, 20 amps is totally inappropriate. It's my intension to run at least 4 guage battery cable back there to a bus bar or a fuse box. I haven't decided which. At that point, I'll be covered for whatever future plans I make.
By the way, what compressor are you using, and how do you plan to install it?

Did anyone get anywhere on part numbers for that box? I'm interested in adding a 50A on Fuse 1 that is unused, but would like to get the right stud mounted, like used in fuse 3, for securing the wire lug and fuse together. Since I don't have the Tremor with the 100A in Fuse 5 I know the load is available there for a 50A.

I ended up just getting a scrap piece of sheet metal in my garage and went to town with a cutoff wheel and grinder. Used some small bolts and nuts I had in my scrap bin as well.
