You will need offset crash bars most likely....

I ran these on my last Ranger although a slightly smaller size. Excellent wear, no real road noise and we’re great in rain and snow. I was easily getting 55K out of a set of them.

Do you know what it would rub, anything I could clearance?
Crash bars, steering knuckle, probably the frame. Plenty of threads on here discussing fitment of that size. You can fit them, but it'll take some work.

Do you have a size that you recommend with my setup, that will still give my truck a nice look and be functional.

255/80r17 will give you a true 33" tire but less chance to rub since it is much narrower than the 285/70. Options are limited in this size for ATs, but plenty of mud terrain options. Might be lighter too, but that depends on so many other factors beyond tire size.

I run a 255/75r17 with a 2" level and there's a ton of space all around. It's 32" tall. Good ground clearance and looks good.

I like them. They're a little noisy but all MT's are gonna make some noise. I have a 2.5" level and they are 275/65-18's. No rubbing.

285/70r17 fit on my stock truck, just barely kissed the crash bar in the front when full lock passenger and in reverse. The only way to know for sure, on your truck, is to test fit it. The doomsdayers will say it won't fit. You're lifted in the front, so you will most likely be okay. Any reputable tire shop should be willing to test fit the tire for you, to make sure it will fit.

Each tire manufacturer varies in size a little. 285/70r17 in BFG is not the same as 285/70r17 in Toyo.
