Good day gentlemen!

Received this today:
1685641058818.webp

I've replaced most with K&N but decided that a spring wash every
yr without cleaning & oiling would greatly increase my beer time.
So, who are you?
- A guy that pollutes & buys the expendable ones?
- A guy that buys the oily ones?
- Or a dry guy?
- Oh, forgot the foam guy..

Of course you could be a guy, gal, it, cat, moose or them. Whatever, it's fine by me.

Cheers ?

I try and stick with the OEM filters if possible. I have used Wix filters (which I still have a spare in the closet from my '19) when OEM isn't available. We have a lot of dust in the air here and want the best protectionI can get. Plus if something were to fail it's one less thing to haggle with Ford about.

AZ, OEM, well, since my first motorcycle I swapped for oil filters. All
cars were OEM till my Subaru. Trig, never heard of them? Dry dude, you keep using secret, keep u dry for sure! Mr 'what , a filter', yup always one in the family.

Recently switched to AEM dry from K&N after I I realized I could not oil it without droplets coming off when tapped. I am sure I could oil it better if I took my time, but I didn't want the worry of an improperly oiled filter.

Luckily we don't get those huge ones you see on the news. Those are mostly in the east valley and they form from all the open desert coming up from Tuscon. We have had some nasty ones since I've been here where the wind will pick up and the sky turns brown and there's dust flying everywhere. But nothing (thank God) like these here.

Motorcraft only! Nothing but the best for Natasha ?
Same....good ol Motorcraft dry filters. Filters much smaller stuff than the "oily" filters.
The "boost" in air going thru that "oily" filter as claimed by the manufacturer just means that the filter is letting air thru larger media, which means larger "stuff" is getting thru.

I'm looking to convert to an oil bath air filter. Then I have another place to put used oil besides in the lawnmower and under the shed. ?

Chainsaw bar oil is how I used to get rid of it.
