Mine are like spring loaded closed. I use the cap to hold the wire when something's plugged in.

I keep looking for one that says “Ramming Speed”, or “Go to Plaid”
I'm getting this one on my next order for the drivers side. ?

Now you got to provide a link bro. That’s just to good not to pass up. I can swap em out depending on the mood of the wife that day ?

You can get it here. Just remember to make sure the Eject one is wired to the passengers side or you're going for one hell of a ride! ?

Does anyone else have this problem with their 12v ports? I know it's a little thing but every time I hit a bump these little dudes flip up. ? ?

(What is driving me more crazy is that there is some glitch in my sync system and radio, phone connection, voice commands and GPS are non functional. The dealership wants to keep the truck for three days next week)

It does not quite rise to the level of driving me nuts, but yeah, I find mine open a lot (without my having used them, in fact, I have never used them), and, yeah, it is annoying.

Now if I could Bluetooth connect this to my train horn I think we got a winner! ?

I had one that was on the loose side. Took a toothpick and some locktite (purple if I remember right) and wicked a little onto the pivot pin. Not a problem anymore and they’re still functioning beautifully.
I like this idea. I used to find the left one open occasionally and like others I just assume I caught it while pulling my phone or something out of the area below it.

I "solved" the problem by putting my brake controller knob there instead

This is a great idea! We bought a wireless brake controller for our camp trailer that works decently or I'd totally do this.

I drive like a little old lady. The flaps are out to get me. They are extremely floppy.
Mine do it too. Almost everytime I get in my Ranger, they are sticking up. Doesn't bother me though.

Your TM type knob is different. Never seen one like that. Buttons layout above on ASS and other features is also different. Is this a NA version?
