wait, we had this conversation before about guns, and the consensus was that those who have CCW permits are the most law abiding and caring people in the world.
why on earth would they do anything aggressive???
I can't imagine why a CCW permit holder would.
But there are so many out there that are not permit holders that will muck up the works for us all. Some people are just angry and evil by nature, and are looking for something or someone to shoot at.
These are scary times, as self restraint and common courtesy seem to have taken a vacation from many human beings.

Same here in Vermont, no license required. An armed society is a polite society :)
I agree but I’m not flipping people off because they might be armed, I just think it’s an immature douche bag thing to do, And it might escalate to violence. This is coming from someone who believes in personal protection. Don’t go looking for a fight. Bad things usually happen when you do.

a few years ago in dfw several instances of road murders / rage took place where the bad guys would drive toward you at night with high beams on. if you flashed high beams back, like telling them hey cut the high beams, then they made a u turn and forced you off the road. A few were killed several beatings. until they tried it on a billy bob...

Not sure what you’re insinuating here? Do you think everyone that has a gun in their car is a CCW holder good guy?? Are you insinuating that CCW holders are out shooting people in road rage incidents? I can tell you based on fact those are not the people committing the crimes. But if you’re out there flipping people off you’re an immature douche bag and could potentially lead yourself to a violent encounter that you don’t want. Don’t go looking for a fight.

i think a simple manly nod will suffice. some might get mad over the finger and the shocker may send the wrong message in some cases... esp. since most ranger drivers seem to be dudes..

A) read between the lines
B) understand sarcasm
C) I'm here all week
Understand sarcasm doesn’t translate via text well unless you know how to do it correctly. And I now do you understand as I won’t be here all week I have much better things to do.

There is another Ranger in my area that I come across from time to time in the mornings on my commute to get coffee and pup cups. So one day I gave the guy a friendly wave. He ignored me. I was upset by his general lack of camaraderie to a fellow Ranger owner, so the next time I saw him I flipped him off. So now every time we see each other we flip each other off and laugh. Jeep owners have the friendly "Jeep to Jeep" wave. So if you see another Ranger owner flipping you off its just a friendly hello.
In Idaho ok....but let's say your driving around.....Houston....probably not a good idea unless your into the year 1911....I'm not....lol ;)
Been there before.....some folks get a little upset with the finger......

The key is eye contact and friendly smile to ensure a friendly middle finger.

Oh my damn! So I've been driving my Ranger to work instead of the police car, and I went out to grab some lunch today in the Ranger. I was driving along and saw a new Ranger, and I almost flipped him off without thinking!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA??????????
