How can that thing not be looted clean after 4 years? I realize it was hard to get to, but they seemed to be able access it fairly easily with a rope.

Some parts were supposedly stolen. Larger parts would be hard in such a location & it would be easy to not even see it down there.

If it had been smothered in 303 it would have less damage.

Then It would have been too slippery, and gone down beyond the length of the tow cable.
