Are you sure its 22251 and not 22200 that came out a few months ago?

Edit: I just logged into my online Ford account, and it shows that the update is available. I'm going to download it now and do the USB method in a day or two.
My bad! Used Cyan labs and must have only went to 22200. It's downloading new version as we speak over WIFI.

Did you use WIFI or a thumb drive?

My 2020 Escape updated just fine via WIFI today & the web site shows that it is current.

Ranger is still a no go. It won't upload the update confirmation via WIFI or by uploading the XML file on their web site. It's not the end of the world.....but it sure irritates me!
I down loaded the zip file and extracted it to a USB memory stick. I have never had much luck up loading the XML file with the five Ford's I have had with Sync. I had updated to 22200 before Ford rolled it out via Cyanlabs. There is no XML file created this way but the Sync database still reflected that I had the update. Today I figured I would give it a try. Clicked the browse to XML file button, selected it and when I clicked open in the dialogue the screen on my PC immediately refreshed and reflected I was updated.

I wonder if...... I were to "borrow" an XML file from one of you that has a successful upload and edit it with my VIN number?

Updated SYNC from Build 22200 to Build 22251 using the software download from Ford website onto a thumb drive. Received the XML file after the update was complete (about 20 minutes). Uploaded the XML file to Ford. Life is good. :)

Got mine updated to 22251 this afternoon. Looks like maybe a few new themes. I'm going to stick with my Lincoln theme. The Ford ones all seem to be too blue. :lipssealed: it's too cold here to spend much time in the truck messing with it, just to play.

I sure would like to know how you guys are getting the Ford web site to accept your XML file. :(

I had the same issue as you a while back, but then it started working for me.

If you want I can PM you with my email address and you can send me your xml file. I’ll see if it will upload for me. I’m guessing it won’t but it may be worth a shot.

I successfully updated with 3.4 22251, but now the XLM file didn't show up on my USB when it was finished. Didn't have this issue when I did the last update, but I never was able to upload the file to Ford. Grrrrrr.......

Those of you who have been able to successfully upload your XML file....what browser are you using? And, PC or Mac?

Thanks.
