Support group for those without a tailgate damper

Think of all the things you can do while the damper gently lowers your tailgate......have a beer, check your email, snap a photo of the sunset, take a piss, chat with your neighbor, update Sync, hug your wife, walk your dog...... the list goes on and on. Multitasking.....it's how damper owners like me git 'er done.

It' true.. and I remember the photo of the shed you built too. This and your list was one single use of the tailgate. ?

Life is too fast and too hectic.

I don't need to strain my back any faster so a relaxed tailgate gives me that time to reflect on the world, think of my family, embrace the love I have for all in this forum (especially the unenlightened damperless peeps and those that are parking challenged), stretch, plan my daily dump route, wave at neighbors, touch up the graphene, open one or two of the many daily Amazon boxes, and have a generally enhanced life-dump-run balance.

The Dutch introduced the slow-supermarket checkout for those who want to chat, and the Brits introduced a relaxed checkout for those of us who may have mental challenges (not necessarily implying that all peeps here are demented ...).

It's time we all stop picking on dampered folks. No damper bullies!

Okay, I'll be brave and blaze the path for others: I'm dampered but identify as damperless when at the Elks Lodge, monster truck events, and WWE matches. =p

I hear you. I had mine in the shop and they gave me a Silverado as loaner. That big ass tailgate could be raised with one finger. Amazing how damn heavy this 2020 XLT tailgate is. Im damn sure gonna get one. IF they lighten that gate enough.
