Anyone else that's received their truck come across this issue?

Came out to an even wetter floor this morning.

Ugh. Haven't had any rain since I got mine, but expecting a lot overnight and tomorrow. I'll be checking for sure.

Water or coolant? Experience rain or use the A/C lately?
Water.

It poured while we were at dinner last night and got wet, and it rained overnight.

More than likely the leak is located higher than suspected. You can look for flaws in weather stripping but it’s obviously a job for the dealer. Most places will hose it down to locate the leak but there’s some cool ultra sound tools that can pinpoint the leak without getting everything wet again. When I was a tech at Ford dealers we would joke that our shop was the last 80’ of the assembly line because we constantly fixed factory issues.

Thanks.

I sent pictures to my sales guy, hoping he will say, oh shit that sucks. Drop it off on the way out of town and we'll have it fixed when you return...

While it's there I might as well have them look into the whistling that's coming from the hvac fan when I turn it on...

The other option (which is unlikely given the time of year) is a plugged condensate drain - a few members have had that issue which is relatively easy to fix.

Right from the factory?

Seems unlikely but I'll poke under there and see. The ac condensate is dripping fine, so it would have to be the cowling drain(?)...

Morning fellow inmates and recent parolees! My modules populated yesterday, it’s a real truck!! Hope to be joining the delivered bunch on the outside soon!

Never did get an “in production email”, but so far;

9/23 order placed
9/26 order confirmed
10/6 build scheduled for 11/28
11/22 bumped to 12/5
12/1 window sticker generated
12/9 blend
12/13 modules generated

Dealer said he’s been seeing vehicles about 3-4 weeks after built, so fingers crossed looking like a early/mid January delivery. Started getting the goodies rolling in for it, and yes, dampener included

I don’t know a lot of details on it, only that it is is the right spot and a few members had the issue.

I'll check it out. With any luck it's either someone forgot to unplug a drain, or it's an easy fix...
