Not only are you experiencing the brand debate, youâre also having a pickup vs SUV debate. IMO, which type of vehicle will meet your needs is more important than the brand.
Yeah, I know the JT has rear coils. It also has a live front axle which makes it uncomfortable for CR writers. CR has a long history of hating on the Wrangler so itâs no surprise the Gladiator would be a target of their bitching. They judge all trucks by some car comfort standard that leaf...
I wouldnât consult CR for a truck purchase. Notice anything about their top 3 recommended âtrucksâ? Yep, you guessed it, 2 are unibody and 1 is a coil spring rear. Their definition of a truck is something that wonât splash their latte when they hit a pot hole. Iâd take the Gladiator over their 3...
Well those of us that ordered from ShrockWorks certainly have. I just received parts (not ShrockWorks) for my Jeep today that I ordered on Black Friday. In 2020, it took over 4 months for a some other Jeep parts
Well I finally got around to picking up the ranger that I ordered on Aug 4. It arrived to the dealer on Dec 15 but I had already left the state for the holidays. Itâs nice to have it sitting in the garage waiting for all the goodies that I purchased on Black Friday. Guess Iâll be busy tomorrow.
Mine went into production 11/17, built 11/20. Arrived at dealer on 12/15. Iâll pick it up next week. Whatâs all that mean? Thereâs no rhyme or reason. Good luck.
Those automated emails are not gospel. If you scroll back in this thread a little, youâll see I received one announcing a delay. The next day I received a notification it was at the dealerâs. Go figure.
My dealer just contacted me as well to tell me itâs arrived. Too bad I wonât be back in the state until after Christmas. Maybe theyâll sell it and I get to start the process all over again.
So I wake up to this. First thing that went through my head was Cousin Eddie.
âThatâs something ainât it, huh? She falls in a well, eyes go crossed. She gets kicked by a mule, they go back to normal. I donât know!â
More than likely the leak is located higher than suspected. You can look for flaws in weather stripping but itâs obviously a job for the dealer. Most places will hose it down to locate the leak but thereâs some cool ultra sound tools that can pinpoint the leak without getting everything wet...
Not cruel at all. Joking about this is keeps me interested in the process. A ship wouldâve been preferred since I live next to the 5th largest port in the country. Iâm out of the state for Christmas anyway so Iâm not missing the truck. Not exactly true. I wouldâve preferred to take the Ranger on...
I use NAVTV in my 2019 F350. Basically it befuddles the GPS to provide camera selection while in motion. If you use their product, I recommend the ground switch (in their instructions) to select when you want to activate it. Otherwise using your blinker for an extended period of time will...
