I bought off the lot (they had exactly the packages and color I wanted) so I've got the dealer installed drop in liner. I plan on leaving this in place until I can have Line-X installed. But that's down the list of things I want to do...

Bought with nothing but paint because I want Line-X like my last two trucks.

Took the truck across the road from the dealer that does the spray in liners for the dealer. Dealer charges $675, went directly to the shop and got the same liner for only $425 with lifetime warranty.

I am leaning towards BedRug but I am not sure if they have cut outs for the "tie downs' .
Can current owners of BedRug confirm that?
Also is it easy to DIY install?

They do not have cut outs for the tie downs, but you can easily cut a slit in them, or if you want to, you can remove the tie downs and then poke holes in the bedrug for the screws and put them in that way.

I installed my BedRug myself and it came out pretty good - not perfect, but plenty good for me. If I had had it professionally done it might have been slightly better, but I'm very happy - took me about 30 mins to install as I recall. They have good detailed instructions. It is basically adhering industrial velcro strips to the bed in the correct spots to keep the liner in place.

Got my drop in dealer installed. Love it. $389 bucks, I saw one of the other rangers on the lot still for sale with a bedliner added... was marked up $590..
