Last August paid $31k OTD price for 21 Scab w/ tow package. No frills 2wd w/ 15 miles on odometer. Looks like midsize trucks prices have priced me out of market completely now

You like the same Dodge's I like. My friend bought a cummins 3500 loaded with every option. It's pretty nice but man it rides Hard. Makes my ranger feel like a luxury car.

yes they do, anything over 3/4 ton rides terrible unless its got a load on it. decades ago the dodge group made a lot of things i liked. for whatever reason now they seem to make rental fleet fodder lol.

How can they make you buy an extended warranty?

They can't make you buy it, but they don't have to sell it to you either if you won't pay it. At least it's not there $2500 Toyota markup, you get nothing extra for that. This markup stuff is a real scam and possibly an antitrust violation but what can you do? I didn't want to wait all summer if I ordered one. Life's to short, get what you want . . .

So my purchase price option at lease end on my 21 Tremor Lariat with towing, tech package, etc for $32k might still be a good buy for me then(?). I've got less than one year left. Prob buy and sell when my 23 tremor or raptor comes in.

So I ordered but had to unexpectedly sell my car prior to my Tremor arriving. I called around today to get a feel for the local stock and found a ‘21 Tremor Lariat was brand new. Sticker price was $47k and the salesman said it was subject to a negotiable markup of $15k on top of that!!!! That had the truck at $69k out the door after taxes. Insane.
