Yeah, I'm betting there's some non-factory welds on that truck now.theres always the possibility that more was damaged than electronics.
if the energy went through any of the bearings, eng, trans and diff, they could have arcing marks which will eventually cause the bearings to fail.
I'd agree that it should be totalled.
