I worked with a guy, years and years ago, who told me about the prayer he said before each of his kids were born. I used it before my kid was born.

"Dear God,
Please let my baby be healthy, let them have ten fingers and ten toes.
In Jesus' name,
Amen

Oh, and don't let them be stupid!"


So far, God has answered my prayers. I probably should have asked God to make my kid with an 'off switch' cause he runs from morning to night but... here we are.


Also, congrats on the kiddo! It's a wild adventure.

haha we are expecting the kid to most likely have energy my mom said i was a rather wild and busy child so we are expecting ours to be the same thing hurray to me lmao

thanks! we are excited for it! we have been off an on looking at a new house that can fit our growing family better but nothing really has hit that spot yet sadly so still in my small house lol.

My wife and I were so convinced we were having a girl that we only had girl names picked out. For our gender reveal, we did fireworks. My buddy was *very* stressed out with the responsibility, drove to Wyoming, bought the correct gender fireworks, and prepared the launch. They shot up and pink parachutes opened and then blue smoke started. We were so confused. I almost had a heart attack thinking twins. Turns out, the parachutes were "red" but looked pink at that distance.


Anyway, now our kiddo is 2. Enjoy the ride because it is WILD.

figured id post an updated pic of my truck since its been a hot min.

still the same 2017 but with a 2018-2020 face lift swap plus a coastal offroad plate bumper

new wheels as well and tires... had an issue with 3 tires and two wheels so got to spend all my tax money the second i got it hurrray...

wheels are method nv305 17x8.5 with 0 offset tires are 315/70/17 bfg k03s

all new suspension as well with bilstien 6112s up front and bilstien 5160s in the rear (still kinda want to rebuild my fox 2.5s and put them in the rear the 5160s leave a lot to be desired..) ready lift upper control arms as well. still plan to pull the oem lower control arms and inner and outter tie rods and replace them.

id like new leafs and a set of airbags for the rear but atm its not on my list of priorities with a kiddo now on the way and looking for a different house! so maybe one day lol.

the ole girl isnt as pretty as she use to be anymore... cab is dented from a horse lots of paint chips and scratches from using it like a truck and so on! but she gets used and daily driven unless im ridding my tenere 700 to work. truck is sitting at 106k miles and has been a great truck for us!

Great looking truck, I didn't know the later front end could be swapped. I was never a fan of that Tonka Truck front grill.

Did 2017 have the same version of Ford's Sync that the 5g ranger has? Ironically, I prefer the electronics in the Ranger over the newer F150's. So many nanny features on the new trucks.

That is a funny AF story haha we thought twins at the first ultra sound because the doctor clicked the wrong button to mirror the image and went oh my it's twins! Like excuuuuuse me whaaaat oh shit!

Appreciate it! I didn't mind the 15-17 grills but it was never my fav style either.. to my knowledge as well I can swap the 21-24s onto my truck as well but I need fenders and hood vs just the front grill and headlights and bumper.

So the sync is similar yes but not the same gen as mine is older and sadly doesn't get the cool features like the phone connection stuff other then apple and Android car play.
