Dang that's pretty good. Is that a 2WD truck? Do you have a special tune for the 91 octane?

Bumping the the thread: after four years of fiddling with my RWD truck, raising/leveling the front, adding a tune that requires midgrade or better and minor intake mods (VelossaTech Big Mouth and AfE Magnum) intercooler and piping upgrade (bigger) my highest consistent mileage was 26MPG over 100 miles @ 70 mph last month. I had the alignment done right before and went 39 lbs pressure in the Michelins. I might have done better if I hadn't lifted the front but I'm happier with the truck this way.

I thought I should start a thread about what kinda mileage eveyoeve is getting.

Include the type of driving you do city/highway %, driving style, gas used, if your using the auto start/stop feature and aprox engine mileage.

So I'm on my third tank of gas and tgt mileage has been improving.

  • 70%/30% city/highway
  • Average
  • 87 oct
  • Start/stop: off
  • 600 miles
  • 4x4, FX4
Computer MPG 19.5
Manual calc MPG 20.5
My 2019 STX 4x4
70%/30% Highway/City
27,500 miles
Computer: 20.5 MPG
Manual: 19.5 MPG.

2020 Ranger XLT FX4, made multiple trips to Maine from NY. 444 miles, I have gotten 27-28 mpg on a few trips, but more common is 24-26 mpg, with speed greater than 72 killing MPG. Cruise helps too.

I have a soft cover on back.

So, I recently took a trip from lower NY out to Cape Cod to visit a buddy.
'21 Tremor only mods are k&n, mishi charge pipes, and Borla exhaust. I'm running 87 octane

My only advice is to stay easy on the throttle inputs i guess. ?‍♂?

Just did a weekend drive Toronto to Bethesda Maryland. Started at 21.2 and got ‘er to 21.7 back home.

Stock ‘19 FX-4. Some weight in the box so was much bette/smoother of a long ride than when empty.

Been running 87 in the tank (realized too late to upgrade during this trip).

Was mostly always going 9 over the posted limit (?), keeping with traffic ?

69 K’ish on the odo.
