I just blew an hour trying to find something like the carbon fiber wrap but in any other pattern other than carbon fiber, and I came up with nothing. I would love a simple matte black wrap or something dark & matte with a subtle pattern. If anyone comes across such a thing, let me know!

Anyone do anything about the plastic around the infotainment? It’s pretty big and ugly. Anyone put any third-party infotainment screens in that filled at whole space? Would love to see if anybody did anything to modify that area.

I honestly don’t mind it that much but I’m curious to see if anyone has installed any third-party infotainment systems That feel that whole area.

Amazon has a ABS plastic with carbon fiber look that sticks o with 3M tape for 30.00 i bought one but haven't put on yet, looks good though, better than just the stickers most have for sale this covers all around.

My Lariat Tremor has a matt metallic black finish on all the dash pieces and steering wheel.

If you want something that looks professional I would look up your local Hydro Dip shop. It is quite popular in my area to do your engine cover and dash pieces. Depending on how elaborate you want to get the cost is around $80 to $100.

For those that don't know what Hydro Dipping is; it's a process where the pattern and color you want is printed on a special film. The film is then placed on the surface of water in a tank. The film dissolves away leaving just the pattern floating on the water. The parts are then slowly dipped through the pattern into the tank and the pattern is transfered to the part. Once dry the pattern is sealed in why a clear coat. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the dash parts that look like turned metal, carbon fiber or wood are made using this process.
