Commercial have changed over the years.

Being from West Virginia, we always pronounced it "Jog War" , 2 words , just like the animal ...then I hear Pink Floyd sing it with a "u" in the middle and then they drove it to a steak bar... so their way is better imo...

They are trying to appeal to the new money. The whole WM. Lyons crowd has moved on. Most of the old customer base quit buying The Leaper brand when Premier Auto Group (at one time also included Lincoln, Mercury, Volvo and Aston Martin) bought them in 1999 and thought it would be a grand idea to make Jaguar S-Types, Lincoln LS' and Thunderbirds and Cougars off the same Ford DEW-98 Platform. PAG bought them for $6b... and sold Jag to Tata for $2b. They are now enamored with Tabbys rather than Panthera onca
