New FordPass Feature?

I have the latest iOS version (3.19.1), and mine is similar, but definitely don't have the trailer feature; and I do have the factory tow package.

"My" (former employer's) Kenworth had a dashboard button which would cycle through all the lighting groups in a continuous loop, stopping at each for about 5-6 seconds then moving on. It made it easy to check every light while walking around the rig. I wouldn't think that it would take much programming to add this to any vehicle.

I had the option pop up in mine a few days ago. I don't currently have a trailer hooked up, but it's still there.

edit: Well, I HAD it. I just looked again and now it's not there.

I wonder if there is a lot of dysfunction in Ford's digital realm. The Build & Price still doesn't include carpet or tray-style floor liners for XL (they are available), the order status site sometimes doesn't require the order code to be entered, I sold and deleted my 2018 Escape, My 2021 Ranger isn't built yet, but by golly I've got Trailer light check for it!

Which I don't have on my Google (Android) phone, with, as far as I know, all the latest updates.

A bummer, as I think that'd be pretty handy.

That is a really great feature and I would use it after hooking up a trailer, except, I don't have that feature on my FordPass app. My Ranger does have the factory tow option.

Update; it isn't there anymore. Maybe coming soon? That would explain why some have it and others don't.

I'm guessing one of the developers accidentally rolled out something they were working on to the production environment and then scrambled to pull it back. It's probably going to be some functionality in one of the upcoming FordPass app releases.

I'll have to start thinking about how to create a Siri shortcut for it.
