Did you find any way to add in the picture of the receipt? Looking at the records it looks like they deleted the pictures of the receipts I had previously added so I'm assuming Ford doesn't want to store the pictures anymore.

I was not able to add receipts for my latest service on the website, but my prior receipt images are still there. I can see them from the app.
You're correct, I checked the app and can still see the pictures. When using the website to look at the same service record it does not show the picture despite it showing up in the app

You're correct, I checked the app and can still see the pictures. When using the website to look at the same service record it does not show the picture despite it showing up in the app
Who thought that was a good design? Wow..... incredibly inconsistent and confusing.

I just checked and I cannot see it via the website either, but can see it in the app. Ugh....

I also just realized that the ONE visit it had to a dealer isn't there any longer..... It just keeps getting better and better.

Has anyone RECENTLY been able log their service "Add Record" on the Ford website? I have tried every week since 5/27 to add and entry and I keep getting this error message.

Has anyone RECENTLY been able log their service "Add Record" on the Ford website? I have tried every week since 5/27 to add and entry and I keep getting this error message.

I successfully added one on 6/8, which was post update. I couldn't add any receipts but was able to add the service record.

Ever since the update mine has been stuck like this showing the truck is on and I have 96 miles left. My trucks been parked in the garage for 2 days with a full tank of gas and get this...parked in Arizona!. :facepalm:

I wrote a 1 star review 3+ weeks ago on the App Store and someone from Ford asked me to email them with all my info (email and Vin) which I did 3 weeks ago and I never heard back from them. If you look at all their recent reviews there everyone is complaining about these same issue. You'd think Ford would/could hire someone competent to at least fix and run the app as it was prior to this update?

I swear Ford's doing this on purpose because it's a free app. Now they can come out with a subscription for just $4.99/month and you'll get the "new and improved" app giving us all our same stuff we had before (for free and working) but for a price now.

I've found the app useful at times but if they started charging for it I'd just skip it. Kind of like the truck wifi - it is cool, but I really have no use for it. Just another monthly bill I don't need/want.
I use it occasionally when I second guess myself if I locked the doors or not. Sometimes when we're in a restaurant I'll remote start it from the app but other than that I rarely use it. Like you I could live with or without it but when it was working (before the update) it was nice to have...for free.

Are you talking about WiFi updates for SYNC3? That has nothing to do with Ford Pass or any browser. It 'should' automatically update when there is a good WiFi signal AND the truck is logged into that WiFi. Another way, is downloaded the SYNC updates to a USB, but some report they still have problems uploading the confirmation files to Ford.
As for updating Ford Pass, there could permissions problem on your phone that won't allow it to update.

Are you talking about WiFi updates for SYNC3? That has nothing to do with Ford Pass or any browser. It 'should' automatically update when there is a good WiFi signal AND the truck is logged into that WiFi. Another way, is downloaded the SYNC updates to a USB, but some report they still have problems uploading the confirmation files to Ford.
As for updating Ford Pass, there could permissions problem on your phone that won't allow it to update.
I have a great wifi signal and strength and could never get it to update back in AZ or here in AR. Never once have I had any problems doing it with my '19 Ranger. Also I've never had any issues updating with my iPhone and if you check out all the reviews on the App Store there are literally thousands of reviews complaining about these same problems. It's definitely a Ford problem.
