Oh boy, a '99 with a stick....I owned a '98 XLT supercab 4x4 "off-road" (the precursor to the FX4) that I LOVED! I literally cried when I sold it eight years and 177K miles later...I'd do my best to keep it if I were you

I have to agree with Tony @T Bone I would keep it if you can. That sounds way to nice to let go! This is one of those vehicles you have now and will probably regret selling later on. Heck it you were local I'd consider looking at it just because if the mileage and condition. Post some pictures so we can at least drool over it. lol

Wow, that's a great looking Ranger! I know it's not always practical but I would try and keep it if you can. If not there are sites like cars.com which you can check out and possible sell it locally through that.

Boy Oh Boy, that is one clean Truck. Nobody keeps their trucks as clean as the Old Timers.
Grandpa kept that Ranger immaculate that's for sure :like:

DIBS!!! I'm already looking at a second mortgage to buy it! kind of kidding about the mortgage? That truck is gorgeous. I'd start at $20,000 and see where it takes you. you never know what somebody would pay. please keep us posted on price

Dave is wise, Dave is good, I suggest you listen to him. You can always sell it sometime down the road. Don't jump too fast, and regret later. Keep it for now, you'll be glad you did. Call Hagerty Insurance. www.hagerty.com It won't cost you very much to insure the truck. My Dad brought home a 1967 Camaro RS in 1973. I wanted the car the day he brought it home, but he had better sense to give it to a 19 year old. When I got married he gave it too my dearest for a wedding present. He said he liked her better than he did me. :) That was 44 years ago on May 22. For the love of your Father-in-Law, don't sell that truck.

What a beauty Jim! ??

Your dad was wise to give it to your bride and even wiser for not to give it to you at 19. I might have ended up looking like this.

I wouldn't doubt it one bit. Dad didn't go to college, but he was a very smart man. :)

I know if it were mine I would've pushed it to it's limits at 19. Heck I still do at times now. ;)

The ole saying is true.
