Right at 15K miles
91 Octane (now), as it performs better at 91 than 87, especially after several tank-fulls in a row.
I consistently avg just over 26 mpg per tank.
This is reasonably easy for me to do as:
a) I live in Phoenix so mostly flatland driving
b) I'm not hard on equipment...I use the cruise control a LOT and just don't get too deep in the throttle unless I'm merging onto the freeway system here.
Love to hear that it IS possible to get good mpg! I however suffer from leadfoot disease

It's not luck, it's driving style and altitude. Turbo's seem to like it up here at 8,000 feet.
Talking altitude, my 92 F250 4x4 460ci fuel injected automatic locking out overdrive in the mountains pulling our very large pop up camper on vacations I would get 14mpg. Any place else or conditions I would get 10mpg which was normal, no more no less. That mountain motor loved the mountains.

2019 Lariat SuperCab with 15,000 miles and no powertrain mods. Average around 20 overall. Highway a bit over 20 if under 70 MPH, less over. Around 20 in town. I experimented with premium fuel and noticed no statistically measurable difference in MPG. Went skiing last week; 220 miles RT on interstate between 65 & 80, averaged 21 MPG.

This thread probably has been around but I am curious as to what gas mileage these new Rangers are getting and also what year Ranger and are you using regular unleaded gasoline, middle range or premium gas? I have tried all three but my truck only has 4 tanks in her so far. The premium was the worst. The only Mod I have done is a Borla Exhaust. The first tank I got about 22 mpg but that was highway mileage. My Premium tank was 16.4 mpg. OUCH. That was all short trips to work and around town.
Thanks,
Have little idea of my mileage. Use Costco 93 oct - Ford/Borla cat back and Ford Tune. 16 month old '19 Lariat with a little over 5000 miles :)

Base line Ranger 2020 XL - I've run nothing but Shell Premium in the vehicle - avg 24-26 MPH - I drive easy like Sunday Morning, unless I have to deal with orc mischief in Fangorn Forest - currently at 8600K

2020 Lariat FX4. It has only ever had one tank of 87, rest have been either 91 or 93. I have never reset the gas computer so that is for mile 15 to now. About 65% highway 35% city.

Just a tad under 13K now - no change in octane input or fuel mileage

I have checked my mileage once in the 6800 miles I have driven since July 2019. Can't remember what it was so I went out and checked - 18.8. 93 oct except maybe one tank of 8901 whole time. Medium to heavy foot and 50% in town miles. I really don't care what the mileage is.....well I guess I would if it were 10 mpg or so. I have Borla exhaust and FP Tune and I'd trade 5 mpg less for 50 more HP :)

Keep in mind it takes a while for the engine to get broke in good. I have averaged approx. 25 mpgs on a 400 mile trip, and that was running at around 70 on the interstate. Our last trip leaving Myrtle Beach, SC back to North Carolina (approx 200 miles) it averaged right at 24. But, that was gaining elevation the entire way. Be mindful at taking off for a dead stop as that little turbo will cause you truck to eat up some gas. As the old saying goes, "you can have boost, or you can have mpgs. You can't have both". I've been quite happy with my little truck.
