Looks like all of it!

I believe this is not the GPS antenna, but the satellite and FM radio antenna. I think the GPS is mounted in the vehicle.
I agree. BTW when I get my oil changed at the Dealer they always remove this antenna before running through their car wash. They usually leave it off for me to install so I know they removed it.

Is the antenna assembly held down with adhesive tape or does it clip into the hole? Just wondering.

I went back to washing in the driveway when I bought my Ranger and I would agree the stubby antenna would be necessary to go into a car wash.

Update: The car wash company employee said they will check the drain pit and give me a call if they find anything. The kid didn't seemed surprised and offered to file a claim with corporate. I reached out to the Ford dealer, $200 in parts and $300 labor.:curse::explode:
Update #2 Ocean Blue car wash came through! The antenna was never found, so I filed a claim, they asked for my Vin and it was a done deal. I already dropped the back of the headliner and it seems easy enough to install.

A rectangle plate with screws.

Not sure if someone post about this but I was reading the owner manual on SYNC 3 and spotted this on page 348!

"Note: Remove the antenna mast before
entering a car wash. Make sure you firmly
screw in the mast when reattaching it to
maintain optimum radio reception."

Well thanks for the warning in page 348!

The antenna is back on, but it's not sitting flush, there is only so much you can tighten the screw. Any suggestions on how to close the gap?

Roof metal is slightly distorted from antenna violently pulling out. Easily and carefully push down on dorsal fin to try to relax the metal until the gasket is touching. Push lightly several times, check, repeat as needed.
