I started working on the mending plates and front-end points for my roof rack rails. Keep in mind everything will be finished in black. Which way do you like it? In your face on top or low key from behind?

not sure what you have available to bend, but from a sheet metal standpoint it adds rigidity through another axis.

No metal brake yet, just stuff to cut, grind, and drill. I still plan to create a skirt at some point that follows the curve in the roof-line.
