I've had the Livernois soft shift tune for about 2 years now, and it's the best bang for your buck mod you can do to these trucks. After adding bigger tires, my mileage went down, and you felt the weight when accelerating. This tune seemed to "restore" the power and the truck glides through the gears now. The best part was my trip mileage improved significantly and generally can get around 400 miles out of a tank on road trips.
I like it so much, I haven't tried the towing or performance tune yet, but am curious: if I wanted to change tunes, do I need to go back to stock first, or just choose the different tune I want to go with and follow the on-screen directions?

I've tried all the tunes and still think the 91-93 soft shift is the best one for my style of driving.
