This is an important thing to consider when dropping leds into the Ranger reflector housing. I have been running the Auxito 16k lumen leds in mine, in both high and low beams, for several months now. After being flashed several times, regardless of how much I adjusted the beam, I have removed the leds from my low beams. I kept the high beams in because I only use those when there’s no traffic. I am now saving up to get the Alpharex Luxx headlamps, as they provide superior light output and an incredible cutoff that is much needed when running leds. I miss my led low beams, but for the sake of other drivers on the road I had to remove them.
That's why, many months ago in this same thread, I recommended nothing more than a 12k LED bulb.

I will SECOND that 100%. I've also posted this a few times. Speaking from experience, the Auxito 16k over drive the reflectors something awful in the low beam housing. I immediately switched to the Auxito 12k and the result is MUCH better. I've been running these for over a year and have not been flashed. (as a side note - making sure they are adjusted correctly also helps....especially after a level)

And I've been running my JDM's for almost 2 years without being flashed by other drivers or any mechanical/electrical issue.

Do you happen to have a link to the ones you have in your Ranger? I would like to check those out.

The only 12,000 lumen Auxitos I can find are the ones that you cannot “clock” to the 3 & 9 position. Are those the kind you have?

Yes. These are the one's I've had for a year now. You're correct that they cannot be clocked....and mine were 'off' by a little but I haven't had any issues. Like I said, I initially tried the 16k and even clocked correctly they had a ton of scatter and pretty much no cutoff....I also tried JDM and wasn't happy with the light output (or the pattern). I have been very happy with these.

I bought mine on Amazon, but it appears that Amazon does not carry the selection of LED bulbs that they used to. They are on Ebay though...

Edit:
These are fog lamp bulbs, same design with reduced lumens. I am looking for the 12k JDM's. I will post a link if I find them.

It appears that with the market flood of aftermarket LED bulbs, Amazon was taking a hit on sales because of returns, thats why they no longer have the vast selection of bulbs. Looks like most vendors moved their stores to Ebay. The link I posted is the correct item but maybe theyre being listed as fog lamps because they are not DOT compliant. A lot of members here on the forum use the Auxito's with much success.

I hate to ask, but do you happen to have a picture of the pattern against a wall? Just curious to see what they look like at night before I try to convince my wife to let me buy more LEDs ?.

Do you think these are similar to the JDMs you are running?

Did an Auxito bulb swap for low beams, high beams, and fogs today. Haven't checked them at night yet, but these are the ones I got:
Lows:
Amazon.com: AUXITO H11 LED Headlight Bulbs 12000lm Per Set 6500K Cool White Wireless H8 H9 Headlight LED Bulb, Pack of 2 : Automotive
Highs:
Amazon.com: AUXITO 9005 LED Headlight Bulbs 12000LM Per Set 6500K Xenon White Mini Size HB3 Wireless Headlight Bulb, Pack of 2 : Automotive
Fogs (yellow):
Amazon.com: AUXITO H11 H8 H16 LED Fog Light Bulbs, 3000K Golden Yellow Light, With CSP LED Chips, 300% Brighter, IP65 Waterproof, Non-polarity, Pack of 2 : Automotive

Everything works and was a pretty easy install compared to other lights I've done on other vehicles. My wife's subaru is a nightmare to change light bulbs on.
