On vacation. Loving it. Great time. Don't head back until Sunday. Gonna enjoy every single day of vacation until then. Truly dread returning to work next Monday.

All that said... I cannot wait for the drive back! Yep. Luv'n me some Ranger.

I just got back from a 800+ mile trip to central Oregon and my Ranger made the trip awesome. I towed my Tent Trailer the whole time and hauled at 75-80 mostly. I sure do love my Ranger more each day!

On my way back from Ohio, a guy in a Ram decided he couldn't wait for me and a vehicle in front of me to pass a semi. He was going to try to squeeze in front of me behind the other vehicle. Doing so would surely make me have to slam my brakes, making it a close call. Didn't let it happen!

Sort of similar to that.. but it happens often. Leaving work I have to cross over I-10 and have a stop sign on the other side of the bridge. Pretty long run to get to the highway once I take a left. Very often I make it to the sign ahead of someone coming the other direction that ends up being unhappy with how fast I am accelerating to get to I-10; knowing just up the road we are all going to get slowed to 5 mph anyway so it really doesn't matter. I am also not exactly going slow to get to the highway either way. No reason to get dumb about racing to a stop on the highway I can see on the nav.....

BUT when this crap happens and they try and show how awesome they are by riding my ass... they always do the jump over into the middle lane and punch it to show how cool they are passing me... that is when I ehh... accelerate, to umm.. match traffic. Yes, match traffic; via boost. So far nothing that has pulled much more than just to the back doors then fall back.. much less actually get in front of me. Now tomorrow something is going to blow past me because I made this post. Going to irritate a Raptor or something....

Then we are both there like idiots, stuck in the traffic I knew was there, as the slower traffic that got left behind in all that catches up to also come to almost a stop.

Fun times. Love the fact it doesn't look or sound like it should move that quick.
