Is it me or does the base Ranger seem "too tall"

With today's youth, do you really expect an answer to that question?

In that case, sit your butt on the tailgate, swing your legs around while folding them up to the top of the tailgate, and rotate onto your knees while pushing up with your arm and then stand.
thats exactly how i get into mine. the hard part is the standing. i dont even like getting down on the floor to play with my dog cuz its too hard to get back up!

I love ❤ the tall stance of the stock Ranger's! Gives em a healthy look and good view of the surroundings.

The Dee Zee bumper step arrived today. Great product, well made, and could probably support more than 300 lbs since it picks up 2 bumper bolts and weighs 7 lbs. I also love that its out of the airflow (negative pressure gradient as the aero engineers would say).

Looks good, does it work well with the tailgate down?

I think it's you bed carpet. Who puts a load of leaves on a bed carpet!?
Rip that thing out, powerwash it and then sell it.
