Installed PPE transmission pan

This feels like a solution to a problem no one is reporting.

Plastic transmission pan is a problem. I'm reporting it.

I considered replacing mine but I have a steel skid plate covering the entire plastic pan. That makes the only benefit being a drain plug and more capacity. Still might someday just because I like tinkering but definitely lower on my list

I added the PPE pan to mine as well and installed a "Glowshift" brang temp gauge in the threaded side port. It seems to have dropped my trans temps about 8 to 10 degrees, and in the Texas summer you need all the help you can get lol.

Must have been a hell of a rock. I’ve not heard of anyone reporting puncture.

Thank you Glowshift has amazing tracking and order follow up.

I have everything now( pan, fluid, 12 V transfer pump, filter)
ordered pan gasket and filter O seal just in case, were you able to
reuse yours.

Located micro 2 switched for gauge, taping headlight feed wire,

Whoever put that dipstick cover plug there and loosely fit
19 mm size really don’t want us to do this upgrade.

I tested it by sucking transmission fluid out of qt bottle and back in.

Got the pod to put it on dash left side,
Have not done it yet.
Finding micro 2 fuse tap, ignition controlled fuse, 35-37 small ones in dash fuse panel left side bottom.

thelight for it is disposed to be self dimming and needs switched control,
Headlights are on relay, going to run wire
From bulb feed?
