Hyper flash hell and 1 weak grille light

Closer inspection of the socket - it routes to the main connector - 3-wires.
As I looked at my Halo - Take Offs
The wiring diagrams do not show a individual part number for that socket, its part of the headlight assembly - I see a number on the socket 31 - OFL - C2 - 13
The only way to possibly repair is to cut away, the sealant that is on the back of the socket.
I am sure with some digging - you may be able to find a replacement socket that will match the (Locking Tabs) but the Ranger wiring diagrams do not even give that connector a (Connector #)
It only lists the main connector C1021 (Left) and C1041 (Right).
I have a feeling (if warrantied) they will replace the entire headlamp assembly

They hit me with "might not be covered" and "possible $145.00 diagnostic fee" and yada yada and my reply was i don't have a damn turn signal fellers ...

Been working on it for quite a while as I can see the rears blinking as they labor...
FINALLY ! service guy said technician agrees it needs a pigtail , now the fun part , they are getting a part # to submit to warranty to see if it's covered...

They said it was covered ! It's on order and I go back Friday...

Glad I removed the grille lights as I'm pretty sure they would have blamed them and sent me on my way, I have to get another set though, love those little guys... maybe this one is fixable and I can save a hundred bucks...

The plot thickens !!!! Went in Friday to get the "pigtail " replaced and after a while the mechanic told me what you already told me, need a headlight assembly just to get that socket, $897.00 plus labor but it's still warrantied , I just have to wait a little longer...

So I call to check on headlight and they guy tells me it's now NOT WARRANTY???
even my Ford Esp ???
@Zach@granger I can't drive because of no park light and the warranty won't cover?
On the phone with Ford , they are gonna pull the "lighting option" card but I am all in with the electrical and saftey and can't drive it card ...

What they are now telling me , and I requested video chat to see if they can say it with a straight face , is that while my problem is likely covered , the parts to fix it most likely are not... part C is under warranty but it only comes with part A , which isn't somehow ? Part B has been replaced with part FU it sounds like ... sounds like some CarShield tactics too me, didn't expect this from Ford... oh, they did say they may "help" with the ridiculous price of the repair ... NO THANKS !

They cut it in 2 places , how is this not on them now ?
