Hey all, I'm looking to replace my tri-fold soft tonneau cover with a tri-fold hard cover and wanted to see who had what, and how everyone felt about them. My old cover was a Gator soft cover that i had bought from a friend for only $50 after they decided they wanted a hard cover for their ranger.

RIP My old cover, but i guess my cargo net wasnt good enough of a haul for slashy to bother taking it.

I've had the Undercover Flex on mine for a couple of months and I'm happy with it. We've had quite a lot of rain lately and no problems with leaks at all.

I like my MX4. It’s pretty popular on here.

Bakflip MX4. Company stands by their products. Can be a little extra work installing it with the shims, but it keeps my bed dry. Love how the last segment closes with the tailgate closed to seal off well. Haven't had another brand but so far very happy with MX4.

Ouch, looks like that MX4 is a bit out of my budget. I dont want to put a hard-budget on this, but something around $600 would be better on my wallet at the moment. Or i could try to patch my current cover until i can buy the MX4.

I ended up grabbing it for a little over $800 from https://www.tonneaufactoryoutlet.com/

Still high, but not as bad as nearly 1k.

exactly the kind of reason why i dont like to set hard budget limits for things. I often find for a small increase i can get something worth spending just a little longer saving up for.

I love my Extang Solid Fold 2.0. Easier install and removal
DRSafety,
How long have you had the Extang Solid Fold 2.0? I'm thinking of getting one.
Is the bed staying fairly dry with the snow and rain?
Thanks!

I've had mine for about 9 months now and very little water gets in the bed. I got more dust until I bought the tailgate seal, and now get very little of either water or dirt in there.

I really like it.
